What data I receive

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your company name if you give it, the topic and your message. If you write via WhatsApp or email, the data in that conversation.

What I use it for

To reply and follow up on your request. I do not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or add you to mailing lists.

Where it is kept

The form emails your message to me; the website does not store a copy in its database. The website uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the use of your data (ARCO rights under Mexican law), or withdraw consent, by writing to rafael.solis@adventureplanet.mx. I reply within the time frames set by Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
