Case study
The case
AdventureApp is the system every website in the Adventure Planet Group network sells and runs on. It is multi-company: each company has its own panel, users and roles, with an activation fee and a Platform panel to manage it all.
Bookings are native: tours, rates, schedules, capacity and availability live in a single catalog. Checkout embeds into any website —with its own brand, without sending customers elsewhere— and takes payments through Stripe and PayPal. A category carousel is added once with a snippet, and any WordPress site connects with a key, like this portfolio.
Around the money sits the operation: Site Engine for multi-domain websites edited live; web operations for domains, hosting, payments and uptime; reports, disputes, branded emails per site and an AI assistant that only does what each user is allowed to do.
The challenge wasn't technical, it was about the business: letting each company sell under its own brand without losing central control of the catalog, payments and reporting.
