Mérida, Mexico · CEO of Adventure Planet Group

CEO and business architect

I design how a company works —what it sells, how it operates, where its money is— and build the system that runs it: custom software, process automation and applied AI.

Why

AI speeds up the code. Making a business work is still hard.

I have spent years building systems companies use every day: fuel volumetric control for Mexico’s tax authority, online payments, bookings, inventory and live monitoring. Today I use AI daily and everything moves faster.

What doesn’t get automated is understanding how a business sells, operates and gets paid, and designing the system that holds it up without breaking as it grows. That is my work.

I grow with you

I don’t sell you a system. I grow with you.

I love building and I love doing business. If you reach out, we’re going to build something great: not as a vendor who delivers and leaves, but as a partner who wins when you win.

  1. 01

    We talk about your business

What you sell, how you operate and where the opportunity is. If we believe in it, we choose the project together.

  2. 02

    We build it together

I design and build the system with you, in phases, with minimal or no upfront investment.

  3. 03

    We grow together

I earn when you sell: a share of what the system helps you sell. If your business takes off, we both do.

On projects we choose together and subject to a project evaluation. No promised results: it’s both of us betting on something we believe will work. If you prefer, I also work the traditional way, by scope and in phases.

What I do

A business gets organized before it gets coded.

Sell more.

Catalog, pricing and online payments with Stripe and PayPal. Customers decide and pay in the same moment.

Make processes real.

What the team does every day lives in the system, with roles, permissions and an audit trail.

Leave the spreadsheets behind.

Inventory, stock movements, CFDI invoices and reports that come out of the system, reconciled.

Keep money under control.

Payments, renewals, sales and operations in plain sight, up to date, on one dashboard.

Industries

One craft, many industries.

Tourism, government, energy, retail, healthcare, logistics: every industry has its own rules, permissions and way of getting paid. What repeats is the method: understand how the business operates and build the system that holds it up.

The platform

AdventureApp sells, collects and runs every site in the group.

Seven layers, from the page a traveler sees to the platform panel. Open them one by one.

01Your website

Site Engine, a WordPress site connected with a key, or any page with a snippet.

02Embedded checkout

Customers book and pay without leaving the site; a category carousel is added once and keeps itself up to date.

03Native bookings

Tours, rates, schedules, capacity and availability in one catalog for every site.

04Payments

Stripe and PayPal, with receipts and branded emails for each site.

05Operations

Reports, disputes, and web operations for domains, hosting, payments and uptime.

06AI with permissions

An assistant that queries and acts only on what each user is allowed to.

07Multi-company platform

Each company with its own panel, users and roles; activation fee and a central panel.

AdventureApp, live

This is how a website connected to AdventureApp sells.

This carousel comes live from Adventure Planet’s real catalog: prices, photos and availability. The Book button opens the real checkout and charges for real, like on any site in the network.

Artificial intelligence

AI has already changed how companies work. Use it with judgment.

Artificial intelligence is changing work and society: it does in seconds what used to take days and puts powerful tools within reach of any business. It also demands judgment: what data it sees, what it can do and who reviews what it proposes.

I use it every day to build faster, and I integrate it into my clients’ systems where it truly saves time or money. I don’t sell it as magic: I put it to work with permissions and a person who decides.

  • Automation

Repetitive work moves to the machine: data entry, reconciliations, reports and notifications that used to take someone hours.

  • Assistants with permissions

Like the one in AdventureApp: it queries and acts only on what each user is allowed to, asks for confirmation before changing anything and logs everything.

  • Analysis

Natural-language questions about your own data —sales, inventory, payments— with answers you can check.
