How do you charge?
Two ways. The traditional one: a project by scope, in phases, with a clear cost for each. And the one I like most: growing with you. On projects we choose together, and subject to a project evaluation, the upfront investment is minimal or none and I earn when your business sells, through a share of what the system helps you sell. It isn’t free and it doesn’t promise results: it’s both of us betting on something we believe will work.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what your business needs to solve. I start with a conversation to understand how you sell, operate and get paid; that becomes a phased scope with a clear cost per phase, so you pay for progress you can already use.
How long does it take?
I work in releases: the first phase solves the problem that costs you the most and goes live as soon as possible; everything else grows on top of it without a rewrite.
Do you work with companies outside Mexico?
Yes. I work with companies in Mexico and abroad, in English or Spanish and remotely, from Mérida, Mexico (GMT-6) — a nearshore partner for teams in the US and Canada.
Can you bring AI into my business?
Yes, applied to concrete, reviewable tasks. AdventureApp has an AI assistant that queries and acts only on what each user is allowed to; in Mi Inventario AI is built into the product. AI speeds up the work a lot, but what makes a business run is still how the process is designed.
Do you integrate payments and e-invoicing?
Yes: online payments with Stripe and PayPal, and Mexican CFDI e-invoicing with the SAT, including Carta Porte and global invoices.
Do I need to know about technology to work with you?
No. We talk about your business: what you sell, how you operate and where you lose time or money. I handle the technical side and explain it in terms of outcomes.
What happens after launch?
The system is documented and running on your server or the cloud of your choice. I can continue with maintenance, monitoring and new phases, or support your team to run it.
